Saplings are planted in the planting season, not on the day they are paid for. In Türkiye that season runs November to March; partners abroad follow their own. An order placed in May waits longer than one placed in October, and there is no way around that which does not involve planting trees at the wrong time of year.
A certificate is minted when the batch is planted and its evidence is published — not when you pay. That is the whole point of it: a certificate that arrived before the planting would be asserting something nobody had checked. See the published records.
